If non-conforming service is provided or a section of a service that is deemed to be unprofessional then replacements of that section of the service will be offered during the sixty (60) day warranty period, at its option, LBA will (1) repair the part of service, or (2) refund any profits made by LBA in providing the service minus any payments made to third party members of the LBA who initiated that service.

• The LBA reserves the right to decide whether services provided to the LBA are appropriate and comply with our policies of good practice and with our Terms and Conditions and satisfy our rigorous policy for professional standards in all our undertakings.
• The LBA will terminate a Members access to its Website and Services if they fail to comply with our conditions, or any requests the LBA makes on behalf of its clients for replacements of services deemed unworthy, or if Members are determined to repeat mistakes that the LBA have previously flagged as inappropriate.
